Airbrush Art Workshop - FULLY BOOKED

Learn a painting technique with very modern applications.

The airbrush was further developed over the next couple of decades to become a tool for watercolour painting and other artistic purposes. Airbrush techniques are used for a wide range of purposes, including comic book illustrations, murals, for applying makeup. However, the popularity of airbrush art has increased in recent years with the application of graphics and other artwork on automobiles, motorcycles and helmets.

Prerequisite: Nil

Venue: Cobb+Co Museum, 27 Lindsay Street, Toowoomba

Date: Sunday 9 March 2014

Cost: $205 including expert instruciton, all materials, morning and afternoon tea and lunch.

Age: 16 years and older

Requirements: Please wear closed in shoes.

What will I do

You will learn the basics of air brushing including techniques and the proper use of tools and you will create a sign you will be proud to show off in your home or shed.

Meet your tutor

Wayne 'Oggy' Ogden is an accomplished Toowoomba-based airbrush artist who has completed numerous commissions, including portraits, murals and engine covers.
